Registration Procedures /Guidelines

1. Pre-Registration period is from September 3 to October 15, 2010. NO EXTENSION OF PRE REGISTRATION.
2. ONLY properly filled up registration form and updated membership fee for 2012 will be accepted.
3. Full conference fee entitles the delegates of the following: (Guaranteed to PRE REGISTERED ONLY)
a. One (1) Convention Kit
b. One (1) Souvenir Program
c. Two (2) Meal Stubs – For AM and PM snacks and Lunch (December 1 to 2, 2011)
d. Opening Ceremony Dinner (November 30, 2011)
NOTE: There will be no closing ceremony dinner on December 2, 2011.
4. Convention kits will be distributed upon registration. Delegates are expected to take care of their convention kits.
LOST MEAL TICKETS OR ANY PART OF THE KIT WILL NOT BE REPLACED.
5. For students with full conference fee are entitled ONLY to attend ALL scientific sessions, technical exhibits and meals for
the day.
6. Certificate of Attendance for FULL Conference will be issued at the end of the conference upon presentation of the
original official receipt For DAILY Conference, certificate will be issued at the end of the day upon presentation
of the original official receipt.
7. Registration and Claiming of kits Schedule:
* November 29, 2011 - 8 AM to 5 PM
* November 30, 2011 - 8 AM to 12 NN
* December 1, 2011 - 8 AM to 5 PM
8. There wil be no onsite registration on DECEMBER 2, 2011
9. Cancellation Policies:
* BEFORE October 30, 2011 – 50% refund * AFTER October 30, 2011 – No refund
