• Please fill up all the useful information on the registration form and * We will verify all your user information with our PAMET Members Database.

• Your Web User Access Registration is SEPARATE from your PAMET Membership Application

1. Thru ONLINE MEMBERSHIP

• Please fill up all the required Information on the ONLINE Membership Application.
• All relative Information will be used in your Membership ID generation
• IMPORTANT: Please Email us a copy of your bank payment SLIPS to payments@pametinc.org
• PAYMENTS Thru Bank Deposits is needed before we process your Online MEMBERSHIP Applications

2. VIA PAMET Secretariat Office

• Download the (PAMET Membership Application Form) and Accomplish Legibly
• Visit the PAMET Secretariat Office and Submit your Application
• We will process your Application and Generate your Membership ID Card while you wait.

Web Access Registration and Information Update

• Choose this type of registration, If you are an active PAMET Member for the last 2 years.
• If you need to update your membership information on our database and be verified as an active member
• Please use your PAMET ID Number as your Username for easy verification purposes
• Validity of your Membership will be verified on our Database Accordingly

FOR ONLINE MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS :: PLEASE PROCESS ONLINE or THRU PAMET Secretariat

• Please fill up all the required Information on the ONLINE Membership Application.
• All relative Information will be used in your Membership ID generation
